Terms of Purchase — Helsinki Day Spa
1. Seller

2. What the online shop sells
The online shop mainly sells gift cards and treatment vouchers. Appointments for a specific date/time are booked separately (e.g. via Timma or customer service).
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, without giving a reason.
- Gift card / treatment voucher: the period starts when the contract is concluded (order acceptance).

(“Withdraw from contract” / Right of withdrawal page). - You may also notify us clearly by email: info@dayspa.fi (order number + contact details).
Submitting the notice registers your withdrawal request. We review it under the legal conditions; sending the notice alone does not automatically mean acceptance in every case.
4. Refunds
We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method where possible.
5. Gift cards
- Online gift cards may be withdrawn within 14 days as in section 3.
- If the card has already been delivered or activated, validity is cancelled electronically; physical return is not required unless otherwise agreed.
- Gift cards purchased in-store are not returned (store policy; the statutory distance-sales right applies to online purchases).
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
6. When the right of withdrawal does not apply (e.g. dated bookings)
If you book a leisure service for a specific date or period (e.g. treatment via Timma), a statutory exception may apply and the 14-day withdrawal right may not cover that booking. Booking terms / customer service then apply.
